SmoothTool is a user-friendly cobot solution that is easy to learn and navigate, ensuring a seamless transition to cobot welding for any welder. It offers a wide range of features to suit different welding tasks.
The program structure ensures excellent flexibility, making it easy to incorporate many different pendulum patterns, offset workpieces, single-strand or multi-strand welding.
Compatibility with both CB and e-series robots as well as the new UR20 means that all features work across all UR robot types.

The primary advantage of pre-integrated setups is that welding parameters can be easily changed within a welding program, making it unnecessary to stop the process midway to make changes.
